I’ve been using it for about 2 years, for pain in my lower back. I have a bulging disc from a fall and just decided no surgery for me. I was managing the pain by a lot of stretching for a number of years while raising my Grandson.  In 2018 I moved into my parents  home to help them. I was amazed how quickly and how much it helped my pain from the herniated disc! So after that I kept telling my Dad how effective it was for pain, we put it on his shoulder and wrists, and he was shocked at the relief he got. He went through the 2oz bottle so fast.
